The Elements are a play off the periodic table .
Each Black and brown person is special just like the elements that make it possible for us to exist such as oxygen. These individual elements contribute to and make up what we know as the world today. Each element has a job and when combined with other elements- can make beautiful things happen.  In The Elements , I highlight important Black and Brown people that contribute not only to the Black community but to the world, its evolution and survival. With Black culture being something that is constantly being taken from us or appropriated,  Marshun Art's Elements shows everyone what we’re made of.... inventors, the pioneers of hip hop , activists, doctors and the list goes on and on.
